Our Philosophy
Everything we do is guided by philotimo: the Greek conviction that how you treat people is a reflection of who you are. It shows up in the food, in the operation, and in every member of the team. Greek cooking, deeply rooted in the same philosophy, taught us that the true Greek experience comes from craft, history and simplicity. The abundance of rich flavors achieved through the quality of ingredients and the patience to let them speak. The kitchen and the table are guided by the same intention: genuine care and hospitality that is felt.
